I contacted them and Dominique had me send him a picture of the bug I was having an issue with. He identified it immediately as an “American Roach”. When he got here he took his time and inspected where they might be entering the house and from there treated as needed. Explained everything he did and answered all my questions. Moe’go’s provides the highest level of pest control!  Dominique and Nick were professional, thorough, friendly, on time and excellent communicators. Our rep, Dominique, is always extremely helpful, respectful, and excellent. Our property management company is terrible at communicating with us who they hire and moe'go makes an effort to communicate with us tenants directly and efficiently. They also do a great job actually getting rid of pests (we have spiders) using eco friendly products so we dont have to vacate. Lastly they make an effort to explain the rationale for spraying some areas and not others and what to expect in terms of flushing out pests in the weeks to come!
